  in some of the post i read, people say that they have never been a jw.

  what makes them post on this forum?

  my only guess would be because they have family or friends that are.. .

  Thank you for all the input. People that have never been in the borg and have no family attached to it and yet still take the time to be here and find out more! You guys rock!!! It's people like you that will make a difference to those poor brainwashed JWs that will not listen to their "apostate" family members.

  Letter to mom

  sent a letter to mom 4 days ago, came back today stamped "returned" on it... she wouldn't even open it... it had some nice comments in it too.

  stupid blanking cult, blinds the eyes of folks so they won't even read what we have to say.

  what proactive things have you done [or intend to do] to warn others about the cult you have escaped?

  the unfortunate fact of life is that we tend to look only at our own personal benefits from leaving the cult if not careful.

  In South Africa there is no help for those trying to get out ot the org. Agent Smith and I are trying to get something off the ground. We want to start with our local churches, giving talks on the basic JW beliefs etc. We will be starting soon at our home group. We are hoping to reach many people who have been hurt by their JW family. We also want to get Christians to pray for the JW in the community. Anyone want to have the next Apostafest in Sunny SA?

  i've been married to the same man for 21 years today .

  god knows we've had our ups and downs, but we've been together for 24 years and married 21 of those 24 years!!!!
